MASTERCARD: TURNING THE WORLD OVAL
Creating the look for a multi-mall promotion leveraging Mastercard’s sponsorship of the Rugby World Cup.

When Mastercard decided to run a usage campaign in various malls harnessing the excitement around the Rugby World Cup, they needed a visual look and feel to bring the company’s international sponsorship headline ‘Turning the World Oval’ to life.

When Mastercard decided to run a usage campaign in various malls harnessing the excitement around the Rugby World Cup, they needed a visual look and feel to bring the company’s international sponsorship headline ‘Turning the World Oval’ to life.
The solution →
As the entire promotion was centred around customers purchasing a product or service and then potentially winning a trip to the Rugby Word Cup, my solution was to take those everyday purchases that are round in shape and turn them oval.
The resulting creative was applied to mall activation stands, scratchcards, posters, billfold flyers, stickers, gift card sleeves, stickers, tent cards, t-shirts, flags, billboards and social media.
